We have published our 60 years of recipe collecting in an online "cookbook" that we called MacMenu.  You can reach it here.

The Vintage People

We participate in and I manage the website for a small group of friends who enjoy learning about and drinking wine with a good meal.  Every couple of months we have a tasting/dinner event held at the home of one of the members.  Everyone contributes a small plate to pair with the wines that the host selects.

The website is helpful in organizing the dinners and and documenting the menus and recipes.

Our House

We built our home in 2003 when we moved to Vancouver Island from the Bay Area in California.  it was a major project for us as we had the builder complete the home to lockup and I did all of the finishing inside.

To keep track of progress and for fun, I built a website for a record of what I did and that is still available for historical purposes here (note that some of the links found here are not functional as this is only a section of my old website).
